We are all born with a ‘temperament’ which defines how we relate to the world around us. Temperamental traits are unique to each of us and are formed through a combination of genetics and the environment during pregnancy and in early childhood. This is why children in the same family can be so different. This workshop will help parents understand what temperament is and how their child’s temperament may provide challenges which need to be addressed ‘goodness of fit’. This helps parents to become more attuned to their child and manage difficult temperaments in healthy and effective ways. When: Tuesday, May 7th, 2013 Where:
