The School Council would like to take a moment to thank everyone for all of the support you've shown. Money raised from the Hot Lunch Program has gone to help support field trips, butterfly growth kits for primary classes, and many other school activities. Our Hot Lunch program has been such a success because of the continuous support our parents have shown. This order period begins with a replacement day for the Snow Day on March 28th. If you ordered for your child on that day, they will receive their pita on May 30th instead. Please remember to pack extra food to complete your child’s lunch. Please include payment in full by cash or cheque payable to General Lake Public School with the exact amount and return it with your child by Friday April 25th, 2014. Please do not mix hot lunch money with other school programs (milk, Scholastic, etc). Return this form to the school with your child in a sealed envelope to avoid losing money. If payment is for more than one child, please fill out one form per child and send the forms together with one child. *No refund* will be given if your child is absent from school on a hot lunch day.
