Extended Day Survey DUe February 10 to General Lake Public School

This Extended Day Program will operate within the school by an Early Childhood Educator before and after school and is meant to compliment the regular day program. The Extended Day Program is contingent on sufficient enrolment and is funded by revenue from parent fees. There may be subsidies available for some families from the County of Renfrew based on financial need. Information:  Hours - 7 a.m. until school starts and end of school until 6 p.m. on school days  Nutritional snacks are provided  Parents are required to provide transportation (drop off & pick up)  Activities compliment the regular school day program  Fees range between $25 - $32 depending on the various locations  Parents can select before or after or both day programs  Minimum numbers are required to offer the program Please complete the attached Extended Day Program Family Survey form and return it to your school no later than February 10, 2014. If you have indicated your intention to enrol your child in the Extended Day Program, you will be notified in April as to whether there is sufficient interest to provide a program.
